Temescal Wellness was recently awarded two of the four medical cannabis licenses in New Hampshire. Temescal Wellness will cultivate cannabis, manufacture numerous cannabis-infused products, and operate two retail locations to serve qualified New Hampshire patients.  We expect to begin construction in Q3 2015 and to start serving patients in Q1 2016.  We are looking for a Production Team Manager who wants to make a positive contribution to the health of cannabis patients, and who is looking to accelerate their career.

General Summary

The Production Associate position is responsible for the primary day-to-day production duties of a state of the art medical cannabis cultivation facility. These duties include cultivation, feeding, harvesting and trimming including finishing and packaging medicine. The Production Associate has responsibility and takes an active role in:

  • Learning and following proprietary cultivation and production methods
  • Complying with program regulations as it relates to cultivation operations including proficient use of seed to sale software
  • Uphold all standards and procedures pertaining to cultivation facility cleanliness

Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent follow through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Thorough knowledge of all Temescal Wellness cultivation protocols, policies and procedures
  • Skilled in general computer operating systems and applications.
  • Ability to visually examine products for quality and signage/labeling accuracy
  • At least 21 years of age
  • No felony or drug related felony
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • Prior greenhouse or manufacturing experience a plus

General Summary

Patient Service Assistant position provides New Hampshire qualifying patients with outstanding service and assistance in helping them obtain their cannabis medicine at our ATC’s in Dover and Lebannon. Patient Service Assistant has responsibility and takes an active role in:

  • Serving qualifying patients and caregivers in obtaining their medicine
  • On-going training in customer service delivery
  • Assists in dispensary openings and closings and protecting dispensary assets by following Temescal Wellness operational policies and procedures.
  • Complying with program regulations as it relates to retail operations/dispensing including use of seed to sale software
  • Maintain well-stocked and beautifully merchandised dispensary
  • Uphold all standards pertaining to dispensary cleanliness and Serv-Safe guidelines for infused products handling
  • Initiate seamless customer service by making every effort to find a product for patients if items are not in stock
  • Maintain store security including building security and cash handling
